Join this interactive workshop and take away experiential, brain-based techniques to inspire, engage, connect, and empower your faculty and professional learning teams.

We Will Explore:

      Practical engagement techniques to enhance the facilitation of training and team-building

      Engaging reflection tools to create lasting lessons and help adult learners apply material in relevant ways 

     Relationship building, support, and adult social and emotional learning for engaging faculty teams, families, and the school-wide community

      Strategies for increasing involvement and ownership of learning and group development experiences 

      Innovative methods to integrate training content with adult social and emotional learning

      Strength-based approaches to enhancing faculty well-being so that the team can better serve students

      Reflective activities on essential adult SEL topics such as planning and goal-setting, problem-solving, building positive group norms, and self-care
