We Will Explore:
• Practical engagement techniques to enhance the facilitation of training and team-building
• Engaging reflection tools to create lasting lessons and help adult learners apply material in relevant ways
• Relationship building, support, and adult social and emotional learning for engaging faculty teams, families, and the school-wide community
• Strategies for increasing involvement and ownership of learning and group development experiences
• Innovative methods to integrate training content with adult social and emotional learning
• Strength-based approaches to enhancing faculty well-being so that the team can better serve students
• Reflective activities on essential adult SEL topics such as planning and goal-setting, problem-solving, building positive group norms, and self-care
